hi <3. i wanted to make you a enamel (glass melted on copper) incense holder but didn’t want to impose my geometric style so tried to make it like a mary-poppins/mcgyver – one with many uses. functions shown below:
you can use the chair to hold cones, and the pencil sharpener to sharpen pencils (but have to angle pencil towards blade since its embedded in the sea of glass, but works : ), sharpener also used to hold hand-rolled sticks. the hand…between the middle/ring, and ring/pinky, can fit incense with wooden stick center..and elevated bowl can hold charcoal blocks, bigger incense styles..the boobs, like mine, no real function but fun to look at
but wait…theres more! under the plate you can find a removable “rod” and it can be inserted in sharpener to play the “throw coin at pole” game…granted it may chip glass surface, but worth it. also took 20 tries to get that coin in air picture!
ps. the shapes that are the foot came off after the kiln, so i glued it…(see i also like staple-gun solutions)…and then i added duck tape to hold it…remove it at your own risk haha, but also can protect surface.
